FSLN Leadership Council

Network Leadership Council

The Food Systems Leadership Network is guided and governed by a Network Leadership Council—a group of six deeply respected food systems leaders and FSLN members who bring a wealth of experience, insight, and commitment to the work of building a just, equitable, and community-driven food system. The Council was formed in early 2025 following a collaborative, year-long network evolution process designed to make the FSLN more member-led, equity-centered, and resilient for the long haul.

As stewards of the network’s vision and values, the Council plays a critical role in shaping FSLN’s strategy, governance, and accountability. Council members help ensure that the network remains grounded in the wisdom and needs of its members, with a focus on advancing racial equity, leadership development, and cross-sector collaboration across communities. Their leadership reflects the diversity and dynamism of the national movement for food systems transformation, with lived experience that spans farming, policy, supply chain development, community organizing, mutual aid, and more.

We are honored to work alongside these six incredible individuals whose leadership is helping shape the future of the FSLN. Their presence ensures the network remains responsive, visionary, and rooted in community. Learn more about each of them below.
