Course Description
This course is meant to educate value chain coordination professionals on how the local food supply chain works. The goal is to help participants feel confident about how local food gets from farm to fork, who the players are and how they make decisions. We hope to increase your technical understanding of these systems and how you can impact and optimize them for farmers and local food businesses in your communities.
