Course Description
This course is open to managers and staff alike, and will be designed to stretch the new managers, nourish those who’ve been in it for a few years, and be a refresher for the more experienced managers out there.
Leading successful, productive, and effective teams is critical to the success of our organizations’ programs and the broader good food movement. But managing group dynamics, supporting individual growth while developing oneself as a leader, and creating an environment for intentional teamwork is anything but simple.
As part of the Food Systems Leadership Network’s Non-Profit Boot Camp eLearning Series, Amy Baskes of Amy Baskes Consulting will deliver a three-part webinar course on “Managing Successful Teams” where participants will walk away with:
·A deeper understanding of what a team is,
·Knowledge to better recognize and communicate your own leadership style, and
·Tools and best practices for managing and building successful teams
