  CoP – Moving Networks Forward

  Hey all! The next CoP call is coming up on July 13 around how to evolve networks. How can we revitalize networks? How do networks
  reinvent themselves to stay relevant when times change?

  Shawn and I are proposing two options for the call:

  Option 1: Coffee Chat: Have you read an article or case study of a network that has undergone a significant transformation? Send it our way! We’ll share the article in advance and host discussion groups with the article to guide the conversation.

  Option 2: Peer Coaching: Are you experiencing network growing pains? If you’re network is in the midst of a transformation, and you’re seeking some peer coaching around a particularly sticky issue (i.e. workshopping a challenge), let us know! We can facilitate confidential peer coaching / peer support groups that can provide you with the thought partnership and guidance you need to see your challenge with fresh eyes.
