  October 11th Network Stewards CoP Meeting

  Good day Community,

  In light of Annalina’s recent transition the focus of this month’s call will be about leadership transition. For each of us, this may manifest differently, as we all encounter leadership transitions in our roles as network leaders. It could be the constant turnover of staff within our member organizations, addressing either our personal transitions or those of our supervisor, or offering programs to aid our members in preparing for and managing leadership transitions.

  We will discuss the structure and makeup of a leadership transition cohort that the Association of Gleaning Organizations offers for their members, and afterwards, we will break into small groups. The small group breakout will give you a chance to discuss the following questions:

  1. How do you deal
     with leadership transition in your network?
  2. How does your organization
     prepare for or how should it be preparing for leadership transition?
  3. What support do you offer
     your members to help them deal with leadership transition?
