  Seeking: Community Asset Assessment Survey Examples

  Hi all,

  I am a volunteer with the Mendocino County (CA) VOAD. We are seeking Emergency Food Community Asset data (like: storage facilities, commercial kitchens, chefs, farmers, delivery services, food hubs, CSAs, pantries, etc., you know what I mean).

  We’d like to use a community survey and are looking for sample surveys to model ours upon. We do not have the resources to recreate this wheel and hope that some of you in this community can share yours with us.
