Also does anyone have a low-stress way of moving cut flowers in a box truck? We’ve always done it the worst ways and I want to have a nice system instead.

Here is what I came up with:
This caged shelf with wheels lets us roll all the flowers onto the lift gate and then the etrack ratchet holds it really firmly against the side of the truck. It should work really well for us compared to just having some half assed system of bins on the floor getting in the way.

A late response! We have a system that uses adjustable shelves that are mounted on a pallet, it sounds like what you have developed is similar. Did you see it when you visited last summer?
