  Food Hub Infrastructure

  Hi All!

  I am curious if anyone is familiar with any resources that provide rough outlines or
  charts of basic infrastructure needs (e.g. cold storage) for food hubs getting started based on
  estimated volume/customers, possibly also including cost ranges and
  specifications. Estimates would be helpful for people applying for
  implementation funding. I’m familiar with the USDA Running a Food Hub – A Business Operations Guide but haven’t seen any others.
