Hello community,
I am based in Montreal, QC, Canada, and work with 4 certified organic farms to build a food hub (Non profit), virtual for stage 1 with mutualisation of services (crop planification, sales, deliveries, marketing) and hoppefully a wharehouse (coldroom and primary transformation) soon for phase 2 to scale up the operations.
We deliver institutions and community organisations in Montreal.
We want to add new members/producers to meet the demand and volumes, and so we are working on a pricing policy and non-competition charter to be able to have clear rules about how sales are distributed among members if the same product is offered by different farms. If any of you have examples/experience on this exercise I would love to benefit from that.
