That sounds about right. I definitely am taking the time to fully explain sanitizers/sanitizing when training folks. Happy to see the positive engagement with food safety that they note seeing on farms.

Yes it does sound about right. Also lots of uncertainty on how frequently different types of harvest and wash/pack equipment needs to be cleaned and/or sanitized. For farmers required to have their water tested at various frequencies (depends on their food safety plan or GAP standard) many are just not doing it.
