Funding for Direct to Consumer Marketing
Hello all! I am the coordinator for the Local Catch Network. LCN works to promote and support fishers, harvesters, and seafood businesses who participate in direct to consumer sales and Community Supported Fisheries. LCN recently received a FMPP grant that will be utilized to update our seafood finder map, develop a TA program, and provide additional educational opportunities for our members. We are also interested in creating an annual journal with multimedia that can be used across our platforms. That being said, we are trying to identify funding that supports a ‘buy local’ campaign or marketing efforts to promote the purchase of local seafood. All suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
