Hey everyone,
I wanted to share this opportunity with the group in case you hadn’t seen it. We’ll be hosting the FSLN coffee chat on evaluation next Thurs, in partnership with Blue Garnet, a firm that’s been helping us revise and revamp FSLN evaluation systems. Thanks to those who
were able to join for the FSLN coffee chat yesterday on evaluation. It was
great to hear your thoughts and questions about your own evaluation work as we
continue to refine FSLN metrics. For those who couldn’t make it, you can see the call notes here, and the slides are attached. I have also attached an evaluation dashboard template from Shannon at Blue Garnet that you can adapt for your own use. We are still thinking through the best way to measure changes in leadership capacity and welcome any thoughts on that! We also heard the term ‘food systems leaders’ (re: the FSLN supports food systems leaders) can feel exclusive. What’s a term you would resonate with in place of leader?
