    Hi Everyone!

    I’m Joseph Ramirez and I’m the Value Chain Coordinator with Sustainable Food Center in Austin, TX. As our work grows into the community more, SFC has put an emphasis on racial and social equity. In my line of work I collect a lot of data from our partners.(Farmers, Retailers, Aggregators, ETC)

    I would like to collect more data on the equity within these partners organizations. What kind of diversity exists within there business, who is management, and who makes decisions.

    Does anyone know of any examples of an equity survey that won’t seem to intrusive to our partners, but still collect information on their standards for equity? Or does anyone have any examples of the best ways to collect this kind of data.
