Hello! The Wallace Center is looking to host an all-staff training on participatory/shared-decision making, and to create plans for how to implement this across the org. I was wondering if anyone in this group has participated in a similar training and/or could recommend an org/trainer?? Circle Forward seems great and curious if there are others folks might recommend! Thanks so much!

Hey Annalina, I love Circle Forward and I continue to work with them extensively. I would also recommend AORTA which is a worker owned coop of facilitators and trainers https://aorta.coop.

As a cooperative owner/board member I would share that https://columinate.coop/ has helped us tremendously with shared decision making for the past 30 years. http://www.crcworks.org/ would also be a great group to talk with about participatory design and community engagement on food system design projects.
