    Hi All!

Apologies for cross-posting with the food hub group. I am curious if anyone is familiar with any resources that provide rough outlines or charts of basic infrastructure needs (e.g. cold storage) for food hubs getting started based on estimated volume/customers, possibly also including cost ranges and specifications. Estimates would be helpful for people applying for implementation funding. I’m familiar with the USDA Running a Food Hub – A Business Operations Guide but haven’t seen any others.

    Thank you!

    Alicia

Hi Alicia, Years ago the Wallace Center had a good list of resources and reports. There might be some thing useful in there. Perhaps Andrew Carberry at Wallace can find those resources and post here. I see he isn’t in this group but he’s in the FSLN. [email protected]

I sent this to Alicia directly, but for the benefit of the group here is our compilation of food hub resources! https://foodsystemsleadershipnetwork.org/resource-library/topic-areas/food-hubs/. If others have anything that speaks directly to her question let me know and we’ll add it to the list.
