  Food Hub Pilot Opportunity – Florida

  Alachua County, FL is undertaking a pilot Food Hub effort named the </font><font face=”inherit”>Fresh Food Pathways project. We are excited to share the finalized RFP documents with you (below)</font> Those who have access to the link should be able to access the folder on Google Drive and download the files. They include:

  1. Alachua Fresh Food Pathways Program Pilot Project Overview
  2. Application Guide with details on requirements for the application
  3. Key Test Markets document highlighting suggested goals of the pilot that the applicant should reference.
  4. Sample KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) that includes over 70 suggested metrics to measure. These are a sample and the applicant should determine their own specific KPI’s based on their proposal.
  5. Budgeting and Expense template to support developing a project budget as well as a template for monthly reporting if the project is approved.
  6. Evaluation criteria along with description and share of total evaluation score.
