    Network Leadership Opportunity:
2025 VCC Community of Practice Facilitator

The Value Chain Coordination Community of Practice was launched in 2021 to
create a space for the brilliant people building local and regional value
chains to learn from each other, share best practices, and build relationships.
It’s grown to over 700 members over the past few years, and we’ve covered all
kinds of topics from exploring the theory behind VCC to building trust in your
local and regional food systems networks.

We’re seeking a facilitator with experience designing and hosting interactive,
virtual group calls to host the VCC Community of Practice calls in 2025.
The ideal facilitator has the capacity to dedicate to this effort, an
understanding of food systems work in the US, and a strong ability to work
independently and collaborate with our team. This is a great leadership
    development and network building opportunity!

Our work is guided by a deep belief in and respect for the lived experience,
expertise, and creativity of the people and communities working to build
healthy, equitable, racially just and sustainable food systems, especially
those most impacted by the extractive industrial system. The facilitator we’re
seeking will bring an anti-racist lens to their work, with a demonstrated track
record of working with leaders of color and centering racial equity. We
strongly encourage people of color to apply for this opportunity.

Check out the full scope of work here. Budget is $7,500 to design & host 9 calls next year (Feb.-
December, with 2 months off). We’ll be accepting apps until Dec. 13. Reach out
    to [email protected] with any
    questions!
