Collective Wayfinding: Stories from Growing a Justice Oriented Organization from the Start

Founded in 2019, the Syracuse-Onondaga Food Systems Alliance (SOFSA) is somewhat unique in building a racial equity and orientation into our organizational fabric from the outset. Through this session, SOFSA’s network shares stories and reflections from their efforts – both successful and less so – alongside a “menu” of tangible, action-oriented first steps that organizations might embark upon in their own journeys.
