    Hello all! So great to meet folks last week on our first call.

    As discussed, I’m sharing here the reporting template from USDA. My program subcontracts with our state agency, and we’re responsible for tracking this data and submitting it to them quarterly. We also have two subcontractors under our award and we’ve made copies of this for them to complete on a monthly and quarterly basis. It’s possible there’s a slightly updated version of this document, but I can’t dig it up at the moment, and from my recollection it’s not significantly different.
