Good day community!
Looking forward to connecting with you all next week Wednesday, April 5th, at 8:00 am HST/ 10:00 am PST/ 12:00 pm CST/ 1:00 pm EST.
In the next discussion, we will be discussing sanitizer! A hot conversation and resources on whether or not usage of vinegar is allowed is already going in the discussion board.
There are over 4000 different sanitizers with 275 different active ingredients that are registered with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as antimicrobial pesticides. This article lists some of the most common sanitizers used for fresh produce, along with some key references from other valuable sources.
Humberto also shared some valuable resources in the discussion board, check them out!
