Food safety makes its late night comedy debut
Hey folks –
In case you missed it… food safety took center stage on one of the latest episodes of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver in which he harangues everything from the division of responsibilites between FDA and USDA inspection services to the lengthy roll out of FSMA. He concludes by saying, “So many experts we talked to for this story said that if we were to build a food safety system from scratch, it would look nothing like the fractured system that we have today.” Sometimes you gotta laugh to keep from crying, eh!
