  GMP Audit Pre-Req's

  Hey food safety folks! Per our discussion last week on the new GMP and Food Defense audits, below are the pre-requisites from USDA for the training on these audits that will be coming later this year:

  • GMPs Part 117 Online Course (Cornell University – https://instituteforfoodsafety.cornell.edu/sites/instituteforfoodsafety.cornell.edu/files/shared/IFS-GMPs-Fact-Sheet-6-13-19.pdf) – only pre-requisite for performing GMP scope at distribution centers

  • Intentional Adulteration courses – pre-requisite for facility related Food Defense auditors:
