    Hello!

    I am new to this network and newly contracted to further progress my local food and farms network and thinking a lot about systems that are useful to this process. Specifically I am wondering what people use to track contact and engagement of food system players. I am considering making a system similar to a Customer Relations Management tool on Click-Up. Seeking any thoughts or advice for a newbie on how to get started and keeping things clear and organized. Thanks!

    Following this thread too.

    For the organization I work for, Salesforce has been a good tool. Tricky to be a one size-fit-all, but could be a place to document and track engagement progress to start.
