Thank you for the great notes. I’m bummed that I missed the meet up. Since Texas Center for Local Food works in the middle space of marketing and economic development, we’re very interested in the Enterprise Centers. If anyone else is keen on development of these centers with a strong and clear focus on equity and positive economic outcomes, please be in touch with me. It will be helpful, at least for us, to have a peer group to work with on our response to the RFA when it comes out.
