  Hello All!

  We are excited to announce that Spring Creek Food Hub in Springdale, Arkansas is hiring for five open positions. Spring Creek Food Hub connects farmers and community, putting local food on local tables. By providing education, technical assistance, and supply chain access for local farmers, we move food to where people eat, shop, work, and play, ensuring healthy food access for all Northwest Arkansans.

  Executive Director (full-time)

  A successful candidate is an influential manager with ability to lead and motivate teams. They
  will have an entrepreneurial disposition and will create an environment for innovation and
  growth. They have experience managing operations and sales as well as building long-term
  relationships with senior staff at a variety of stakeholder organizations including institutional and
  wholesale buyers, community partners, and funders. The ideal candidate combines excellent
  leadership, team development, and communication skills with a strategic mindset and solid
  budget management skills.

  Value Chain and Sales Manager (full-time)

  A successful candidate for this position is an influential manager with the ability to engage
  across the local food supply chain. They have experience managing value chain product and
  program promotion and operations, as well as building long-term relationships with senior staff
  at a variety of stakeholder organizations including institutional and wholesale buyers and
  community partners.

  Farmer Relations Manager (full- or part-time)

  A successful candidate for this position is a knowledgeable farmer who can provide educational
  services, production planning and technical assistance to local produce growers. The major duty groups of this role include: (1) Production Planning, Education, and Technical Assistance, and (2) Food Safety Outreach, Education, and Technical Assistance. We are open to this position being filled by one person who has the skill set for achieving both major duty groups in a full-time capacity OR to applications from individuals more suited to one of the two major duty groups in a part-time capacity.

  Warehouse Manager (full-time)

  A successful candidate for this position is a knowledgeable Warehouse Manager who is able to
  ensure food safety compliance, tight inventory control, high quality standards and a strong
  sense of customer service.

  Food Hub Coordinator (full-time)

  This position is responsible for a variety of tasks related to coordinating activities of Spring
  Creek Food Hub. Primary activities include bookkeeping and administrative tasks, marketing
  and event management, and coordinating the office and customer-facing components of the
  hub. This person must be detail-oriented, customer-service oriented, and able to juggle a variety
  of tasks at one time.
