Is the HGAP + a prerequisted for the GAP/GHP training? It does not make sense to me but wanted to check if that’s what’s mentioned in the email…

Hi Alexandra,

Sorry, I’m just now seeing this. I just checked the “notify me of replies via email” box, so I shouldn’t miss future ones!

The auditor training is a week of HGAP+ and Fundamentals of Auditing, then you can also take a GAP/GHP add-on, to be able to audit to that standard. @clara-rivera correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think there’s an option to skip the HGAP+ portion, and only do the Fundamentals of Auditing and GAP/GHP.

Hi Phil, no worries. Clara connected me with Jill who clarified what you basically said. USDA is not offering any stand-alone GAP-GHP courses for now.
